Please read through the FAQ page before emailing us, as most of the questions we are asked, have already been answered here.

What is your return policy?

As we are a small business we have a strict no refund, returns & exchange policy for change of mind or incorrectly chosen product / size. Please choose your item carefully. If a product is wrong or damaged from our error contact us and we will assess it for replacement 

What is your "Quality Guarantee"?

- We pride ourselves on producing the best product we can, every time, no exceptions. We only use the best vinyl, ink, printers and products available, so we produce a product we can stand by, and you can trust. If you receive one of our products, and you don't believe its up to scratch, please email us at sales@metaprint.net.au with a description as to what has gone wrong, along with photos and your order number, and we will assess it.

Please note: We will not be held responsible for any design mistakes with premade designs. Colour & placement results may vary from the design/mockup on the computer, to the physical product. We will not be held responsible for shipping damage, wear and tear or misuse. 

 Are your stickers waterproof?

- Yes they are! All the stickers we produce are 100% waterproof, as they are printed on outdoor vinyl, not paper.

Can I upload a picture I took of a sticker/cooler/shirt etc..?

- You physically can, but the results will be poor. We only recommend original digital artwork for these, as most of the detail will be lost when taking the photo.

Can I upload a nice, high quality picture I took and turn it into a sticker, tee shirt etc..?

-Sure! If you have a high quality photo of your car, family, pet etc... We can turn it into any of these for you!

 Should I spray water down first before I put my sticker on?

- We don't recommend it.

I have a "Custom Size" order, what do I need to do?

- Please email us at sales@metaprint.net.au with your artwork, your required size & quantity, and we will be in touch via email.  

How long does shipping take if I am in Australia? 

- Shipping times can vary due to the workload of the shipping company, but we like to hope for 2-10 business days. These times are not guaranteed though.

Do you accept orders from overseas?

- We currently do not accept overseas orders, but it is something we are working on.

I would like to set up my own cut line on my stickers, can I?

- You sure can. For this we will need vector artwork (AI or EPS) Please create the cutline in a separate layer and label it accordingly. Please make a note when ordering that you have done so to ensure its picked up on.

I only received part of my order, what do I do?

- Sometimes with larger orders we may need to send them out in separate batches, to help keep the print que moving along. If you feel this was an error on our behalf, please email sales@metaprint.net.au

I don't know how to put my sticker on, can you tell me how?

- For the best result, ensure the surface is cool, wipe the surface down with cleaning alcohol, allow a few seconds to flash off, then peel and stick! Its that easy!
